Repair & Replace

Please note that our Repair & Replace Service is only available for customers who have made a purchase from the OHZO By J Online Store within the last 6 months.

To initiate a request, please send an inquiry via email to admin@ohzojewellery.com or sales@ohzojewellery.com. Your email must include the order number, full name, a description of the product, and the issue you are experiencing.

Process for Repair & Replace:

1. Send us an inquiry via email to admin@ohzojewellery.com or sales@ohzojewellery.com to check the possibility of a repair or replacement.

2. If your piece is eligible for repair or replacement:

  • For Australian purchases: We will arrange the delivery, which costs $14 (this includes both sending and receiving). An invoice will be sent to your nominated email.
  • For international purchases: You will need to cover the cost of shipping the item to OHZO Jewellery in Perth, Australia. Additionally, there will be a $16 fee for us to send the repaired or replaced item back to you.

 

3.  For Australian orders: After the shipping payment is made, you will receive a paid Auspost shipping label via email.

   For international orders: Please provide us with the shipping tracking information. Once the package arrives, we will contact you via your nominated email.

4. Please send the pieces you have an issue with in a clean zipper bag or any protective packaging.


5. Once we receive the product, we will attempt to fix your piece at no cost. If we are unable to repair it, we will have to replace it, which may incur an additional cost per piece.

    Please note that we do not provide refunds on items from an order.
