RETURN POLICY

AUSTRALIAN RETURNS

We offer returns on all orders in Australia within 21 days of delivery. Please contact us immediately if you need to return something.  If your item is a custom order, these are final sale and are not eligible for returns.

Returned items must be in new, unused condition and in the original packaging. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for pierced earrings. All sale items purchased, including sample sale pieces, are considered final sale and are not eligible for a refund or return. Postage will be at the buyer's expense. We recommend using registered/trackable post as we do not hold responsibility for lost packages.

 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

We accept all international returns within 21 days of delivery. If you are returning a product please inform us by admin@ohzojewellery.com. If a request is not lodged within 21 days of delivery, you will be ineligible for a refund. Note that if your item is a custom order with any engraving, these are final sale and are not eligible for returns. 

Please return all unused items enclosed in a padded bag or box for safety. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for pierced earrings. All sale items purchased, including sample sale pieces, are considered final sale and are not eligible for a refund or return. Postage will be at the buyer's expense. REFUNDS

Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 3-5 business days of your item being received by our customer care. Alternatively, you can choose to keep store credit by letting us know in your email.
