1. Your orders are processed within 72 hours pending payment verification after and fully confirm of stock .
2. Once you order is complete, it is wrapped and packed into pouches/boxes and dispatched with trust able Australian post. An automated email notification will be sent to you providing a tracking number.

Cancellations & Re-directions - Once an order is submitted we are unable to change or cancel the order. Please refer to our returns and exchanges policy.

INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND DUTIES
Customers are responsible to pay any applicable inbound duties, taxes, and any other fees outlined by local Customs authority. All international packages are shipped DDU (duties and taxes unpaid), meaning these fees are not included in the price of goods purchased from our website and please remind that the product manufacturers are located in Perth, Australia and ship direct to you. It is your responsibility to pay these fees in order to receive the parcel. We are unable to advise the amounts of what these fees might be, if applicable at all. Please contact your country's custom office for estimated charges and rates on packages coming from overseas.
WRONG ADDRESS ENTERED
It is the customer's responsibility to enter the correct shipping address when ordering from our website. If you have placed an order and have put the wrong address, please contact us ASAP via email at email@example.com. If no tracking number has been issued, we will aim to resolve your issue. However, if a tracking number has already been issued, a $12 ‘return to sender’ fee and further $6 postage fee will be charged. If an order is cancelled after a tracking number is issued, a refund will be issued, minus the delivery fee applicable for shipping your order.
For all pre-orders, please note that the 'dispatch by' date is a guide only and items can be shipped before or after this date.
Australian customers - If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we will send your entire order when the final item arrives. If you wish to receive the items in stock first, please place your order as 2 separate orders.
International customers - All of your items will be shipped together when your pre-order items are in stock.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We gladly offer a full refund or exchange for change of mind on unworn, unused, undamaged items with the security tags still attached and the gift pouch/box within 14 days of purchase. The amount of $5.00 will be deducted from you refund if the gift pouch/box is missing. We do not offer exchanges or refunds on sale items and promotions. Due to hygienic reasons and health regulations items such as earrings and body jewellery cannot be exchanged or returned. Please choose carefully. We do not refund the shipping cost on any returned orders. Only the cost of the actual items returned will be refunded.
REFUND ON ORDERS
Shipping over $100 is for free within Australia. However if goods are returned for refund/exchange customer will incur a deduction of the cost of shipping to compensate for original shipping costs.
You must request a Return ID Number within 21 days of receipt of your order at SALES@OHZOJEWELLERY.COM Return the goods with the original pouch/box Include the original invoice and Return Form in the parcel using a freight method with a tracking number. All goods returned for refund or exchange should be sent to:

We must receive your item within 14 days of issuing the Return ID Number. We are not responsible for returns that are damaged or lost in transit.
RETURN OR EXCHANGE ON FAULTY GOODS
If your goods arrive faulty or damaged, we are more than happy to offer a full refund or exchange, within 48hrs from receipt by emailing us at SALES@OHZOJEWELLERY.COM with the reason of your return and we will issue you with a Return ID Number. Return the goods with the pouch/box, original invoice and the completed Return Form so they arrive within 14 days using a freight method with a tracking number.
On receipt your jewelley item will be assessed by our jeweller. The return shipping cost of the faulty item will be reimbursed to you once the item has been assessed as having a manufacturers fault and the return has been granted. Please include the return freight payment receipt with your original invoice and Return Document so they can both be refunded together.
We will happily exchange your jewellery if the item has not been worn, damaged in any way and still has the security tags attached. We do not offer exchanges or refunds on sale items and promotions. Due to hygienic reasons and health regulations items such as earrings and body jewellery cannot be exchanged or returned. Please choose carefully. We will happily offer a credit note if you simply change your mind once you have received your purchases. The above conditions apply. Please note: Do not remove any original swing ticket and security tags until you are 100% sure with the style and fit. It is your responsibility for the safe return of any item that has been sent to the OHZO BY J Head Office. OHZO BY J takes no responsibility for loss through post. Our credit notes are issued in the form of an e-voucher and are valid for a period of 12 months.
