DESCRIPTION 
Taylor Long Pearl Y Necklace is a design inspired by a custom design created with special order. A cute small 3 to 4mm sized freshwater pearl set on a Y shaped and made with a delicate Lillian chain. It is designed to the pearl hangs on your cleavage, perfect for a deep V neckline. She is hand-made in the OHZO Jewellery studio. She is made entirely of 14k gold filled or 925 Sterling silver. She is tarnishing & water resistant.

Gold-filled products are made by compressing gold on the surface of the base metal with the high temperature and high pressure method, and covering it with a layer of gold that is more than 10 times thicker than normal gold plated items.

- Process of the Repair & Replace
1. Please send us an enquire to email admin@ohzojewellery.com or sales@ohzojewellery.com regards to see the possibility of repair or replacement.
2. If your piece is eligible for the repair or replacement, We are going to arrange the delivery which costs $14 (includes sending and receiving, the invoice will be sent to your nominated email)
3. After the payment for the shipping is made, you will receive a paid Auspost shipping label to your email.
4. Send us the pieces you have an issue with, in a clean zipper bag (anything that can protect the piece)
5. When we receive the product we can try to fix your piece, which is at no cost but if we can’t fix your earring we will have to replace it and there will be an additional cost per piece.
Please remind we do not provide a refund on the piece to an order.
1. Your orders are processed within 72 hours pending payment verification after and fully confirm of stock.
2. Once your order is complete, it is wrapped and packed into pouches/boxes and dispatched with trustable Australian post. An automated email notification will be sent to you providing a tracking number.
